So, this is a selection of tracks I have on rotation lately for harder sessions. No shame in the somewhat trashy euro-dancey sound here, it’s whatever gets you through to the end of an interval and distracts you from burning legs/lungs, right? The order is sort of important, because I always end a tough session with a less punchy song that cheers me up, regardless of how it went.
